The mission of the hockey coaching director is to create a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment that fosters player development both on and off the ice. I work to guide and support our coaching staff, ensuring consistent skill progression across all age levels while promoting respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship. I aim to design and implement structured training programs that balance technical, tactical, and character growth while nurturing each athlete’s love for the game. Ultimately, I strive to build a strong hockey community grounded in safety, player well-being, and lifelong enjoyment of the sport. The USA Hockey American Development Model provides the framework for our players to realize their athletic potential and utilize sport as a path toward an active and healthy lifestyle.
